We try our best to ship your order the same day, however during busy periods this may not be possible. We will contact you directly should there be any significant delays with shipping your order.
From date of dispatch from our warehouse, items should be delivered within 1-2 days for UK orders, and 4-5 days for international orders.
Please note this just a guide and we cannot guarantee the amount time it will take for your parcel to be delivered once it enters the postal system.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Cost will be calculated at checkout as it will be determined by weight/volume of your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards - Items purchased using gift card can only be refunded with a gift card or an exchange. Should the exchange item be of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued in the form of a gift card. We are not able to offer a cash refund for purchases made using a gift card.
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within due course.
Late or missing refunds - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If it is still not showing, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before they process this. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items -Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a whole order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please retain proof of postage. If your returned item is lost in the post
